Office babe

Im sporting my new pencil skirt from HM, love at first sight it was. :) I hardly have any pencil skirts in my wardrobe cause I have been afraid of them being too bootylicious to wear at work. I know pencil skirts are actually considered appropriate work wear but at my workplace they are scarse. :) I think its due to my office having a casual dresscode and people tend to think that skirts like these are wayyyy to dressed up. :P

Well its high time someone sets the stakes higher, I stribe to make my work environment more feminine and dolled up. :P I guess Im the "office babe" :P Heheheeee Well I dont exactly fit the bill, me wearing no makeup. ;)

My mustard cute shoes from the side, I love em! :) Im currently lusting after another pair similar to these but in green and purple.

Christening

On Sunday a fortnight ago I attended the christening to my sister's youngest child, my dearest baby niece. :) It was a rainy day so had to snap some pics indoors before we dashed off to church. This dress is a favourite of mine,simply gorgeous, nothing less. :)

My mum in her traditional Norwegian costume, holding her cute as a button granddaughter, the first one in our family, we have all fallen head over heels in love with this baby girl, fussing over her constantly. :)

I volunteered to make some cakes for the party taking place later in the day. :) I made a red velvet cake along with some pink (very) cupcakes. The frosting should have been more pastel pink but I added too much colour...ups... ;) It didnt affect the taste though, *nom nom* :P

Indiska Mercurius dress - only available in Indiska stores in Scandinavia. Im so excited about this dress since its my first maxi dress! *yay* I have always believed I wouldnt look good in maxis but this dress proved me wrong. :)

Dorothy Perkins blue floral prom dress. This is my first dress from DP and Im really pleased with this dress, its utterly gorgeous. Im planning to wear it in a christening later this month, cant wait to show it off. ;)

Boden casual jersey dress. Another Boden hit in my closet, cant go wrong with Boden (mostly). :)
